It’s been a rough month but I’m gonna get back on track starting tomorrow I swear!
I’m on my period so there’s extra of me from bloating and there’s been extra of me creeping up so yeah I need to get back on track. I’m bringing my notebook to school and keeping track of what I’m eating and drinking, what activities I’m doing, I’m gonna bring my work out clothes home so I can start jogging after school and on weekends. I’m bound to reach my goal size by April!
Grilled cheese for grown ups…and it’s vegan but can always be reversed into non vegan
Breakfast: water and white bread nutella toast
Lunch: turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, olive, tomato, red wine vinegar, and olive oil sammich with an orange
Snack: left overs from last night which were white rice, pork and green onion patty and baked mussels. Water
Dinner: a hot dog and non fat chocolate and vanilla fro yo from Costco
Breakfast: half slice of nutella toast on white bread, water
Lunch: A bowl of chili that my friend’s mom made
Snacks: 1 orange, 1 bread roll, a bowl of veggie chips,
Dinner: 4 mini tacos, water
